An exceptional staff, who are professional, positive, nice and go to great lengths in order to make your stay the best it can be. This has probably been the best staff I've ever encountered in an accommodation site. The building and its facilities, as well as the scenery and the atmosphere are breathtaking. The privileged view of the Montargil reservoir, in junction with the well kept plaza, pool, and gardens of the hotel provided a perfect combination for relaxation and a wonderful time. Last but not least, Monte Novo's Chef - Carlos Marques' - will ensure that all your 5 senses will be fulfilled during your stay, providing an excellent gastronomic experience, in a restaurant with an exceptional view.

The staff. Talita is very helpful and attentive. The place is great, with a private beach just a few meters away. The pool is small but enjoyable. House is very new and clean.

Fantastic hosting Luis and all family were super welcome. It exceeded our expectations for a tent stay, the weather upon arrival was not the best but the tent was extremely comfortable. It was wonderful to wake up by the sounds of the nature. There was some dogs all very friendly. Home made breakfast absolutely amazing.

The decoration is modern but comfortable, the layout of the rooms is original, and we had a lovely view of the lake. The spa and pool are amazing, in tones of grey instead of the typical blue, which we enjoyed. The breakfast was delicious and both the bar and the restaurant have great food.
