Rooms at the Solana are comfortable and bright. They have an en suite bathroom, heating and a TV. The hotel has a café-bar, serving fresh local produce for breakfast. There are also gardens, a terrace and a children’s play area. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The posada is in a great position in a town well worth exploring. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool with a furnished terrace, Hotel Cuevas is located on a rustic building with modern décor and that is nestled in the picturesque village of Santillana del Mar. The world-famous caves of Altamira, with their prehistoric cave paintings, lie just 5 minutes from the hotel. Free WiFi is provided. We had a great time at this resort-style hotel, a short walk to the old town center. Room was very convenient. Pool and outside area were great. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

There is a 24-hour gym and a seasonal outdoor hot tub. A very pleasant and stylish place to stay. We liked it a lot.

Owners were away but we have stayed before and they left everything for us to check in ourselves. Everything very well organised. Great location less than 5 minutes walk to everything

The castle lies just 50 metres from the lighthouse of Suances – a tranquil seaside resort on the coast of the Cantabria region. Here you will also find clean, sandy beaches and pleasant green countryside. The castle was originally built in the 19th century by the Baron of Peramola. It now contains 9 rooms designed in a unique, eclectic style, all with fantastic sea views. Stunning rooms with great views. Easy relaxed atmosphere. Dogs allowed everywhere, even in the restaurant. We will definitely come back as really fantastic location.
