The café serves a variety of home made cakes and pastries. Fantastic location- our room windows were facing a beautiful meadow behind the house. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, extremely lovely, cozy, and spacious. Staff was really nice and welcoming- we had no problems arriving at 1 PM during the night. Gooooood breakfast!

I enjoyed my 6 night stay here for a number of reasons. The hosts Birgitta and Harry are very friendly and we had good conversations. Birgitta prepared breakfast for me, even though it was not offered with my reservation. She also washed and dried my clothes! They lent me a bicycle without charge for the entire time I was there, and that made my stay in Åland much more special. I enjoyed several mornings on the terrace of the large communal lounge/dining/kitchen area which faces the sea. It is very peaceful and I loved the birds on the water stirring and cackling in the morning. I would highly recommend here for a relaxing and scenic stay, about 12 kilometers outside of Mariehamn.
