Casa do Cactus was beautiful, hosts were very friendly and helpful as well as discreet. The garden is lovely, with turtles wandering around. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with all needed facilities. Although the bed was a little small it was a very comfortable and friendly stay.

Historic area, with all services around. it’s a beautifully decorated attic room accessed via an exterior spiral staircase. A lovely welcome from Joanna, including tea and pastries. Comfortable bed and amazing shower. The restaurant downstairs is owned by the same family and is excellent.

Five of the rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the view. All rooms are en-suite, with free toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. The property is decorated in a minimalist and relaxed style, combining Scandinavian and Mediterranean inspirations. Our host was delightful. Location beautiful and great access to Rota Vincentina. Close to restaurants. Balcony had a great view.

The host was really really pleasant and friendly, he is your friend there! He will help you with anything (for example he helped us to book a table in local restaurant). Room itself was really comfortable and there was anything you need! We really really cannot wait to come back there again! If you need to stay somewhere in Portugal then is DEFINITELY the place to be!!!
