Foxy Crocodile Bush Retreat & Kruger Safari's is an off-grid eco-lodge situated in Marloth Park, 50 metres from the Crocodile River. Probably the best decision we made on our trip was to stay with the folks at Foxy Crocodile. Located near the Crocodile Bridge entrance of the Kruger National Park, it is inside the private Marloth Park. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The best part of the stay was definitely the friendliness of the staff. This place is well-equipped for load shedding as it runs on solar, and we were never bothered by the scheduled power outages. If you stay, do book the half board, where we had some delicious meals, including the best T-bone steak we've ever eaten. They organize safaris, which were really comfortable, and we were lucky as we had the whole vehicle to ourselves. Book it, and you won't regret it. We will return here when we come back to Kruger national park.

Set 25 miles from Dullstroom, Valley Of The Rainbow Estate features a garden and barbecue. Verloren Valei Nature Reserve is 40 km away. Free private parking is available on site. Tranquility and great fishing for trout (brown and rainbow) and largemouth bass. Another highlight was the perfectly kept green lawn around the dams. We were all barefoot for most of the time. bliss

The room was very spacious and the bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Small intricate details were very well taken. The whole place was done beautifully. There was a beautiful garden in the backyard to enjoy your morning or evening tea/ breakfast. We stayed in the property for two days and the owner of the property, Adele, was very kind to upgrade us to a bigger room. She was kind enough to allow us to cook the breakfast as per our need and provided all the ingredients. The care taker Michelle was very kind enough to take care of all the needs she even made us enjoy the fireplace by lightening the fire on the cold windy night . Our laundries were done by the ladies without any extra charge. Overall a wonderful stay with great facilities and comfort like home.

Located in Marloth Park, overlooking the Crocodile River and Kruger National Park, Kruger Riverside Lodge - No Load-shedding is a lodge featuring a garden. It was a peaceful and quiet retreat! The staff were super helpful. The food was great! They treated us so well. The room was spacious and clean. Feeding the Kudu in the backyard was a highlight. Since our full day safari was at 5:00, the staff woke up early to give us a packed breakfast at 4:30. We are so grateful for their kindness. I am sad that I did not get to use the pool, but will do next time!

The property was in Manyaleti and there were no fences. The animals were free to move around. We had hyenas, giraffe, elephants and lots of birds in our camp. Our game driver, Beksom, was unbelievable in the way he was able to find all the animals. We loved the simplicity of the camp. All the meals were excellent.

The staff were friendly and always there if we needed something or had a question. It was peaceful and tranquil, which let us relax. They offer spectacular views of the Crocodile River and wildlife - even had some lions visit. Very accommodating, food to die for and extra special was the packed breakfast for our early departure to the park. Cannot wait to visit again.
