Several restaurants and shops close by. Also close to the airport. The nearest beach is Troya. Lovely and clean. Not enclosed like Los Cristianos so its great if you enjoy the waves. McDonald's and KFC within 5 minutes walk. Mini golf. Souvenir shops and traditional Spanish restaurants and kebab right outside the building. I recommend the American burger place also downstairs.

Jenny and Luca were extremely friendly and welcoming. Casa Mimí is in a great location, well equipped, clean and cosy apartment. There is a private parking lot by the apartment complex and pool as well. We had everything what needed for our stay, extra beach towels, refreshing welcome kit also. Absolutely recommended.

Sofa bed was very comfortable which they can often not be. The balcony was very large which was great! The kitchen area was spacious and a large fridge freezer was a great thing to have in temperatures of 30C+. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying in this property.

There were 5 of us , 3 bedrooms & each had a bath/ shower room. Fresh fruit on arrival, beers and water in fridge and a well stocked essentials cupboard. Nicolas the owner was very helpful and attentive, particularly when one of the group left their mobile phone and he was prepared to bring it to the airport to us.
