It's in a very convenient location, less than 5 minutes from the beach, with a shop in the same building. Additionally, there's a supermarket parking lot nearby, making it convenient to store your car. We would definitely choose this apartment again.

Lovely spacious (and beautifully clean) apartment in the lovely town of Gran Tarajal. 30 seconds from the lovely beach and prom, round the corner from the supermarket and very close to a nice selection of local shops and restaurants. Gran Tarajal is an excellent base from which to explore the island (free parking is just across the road). It is NOT a tourist resort and retains the feeling of a local town while providing all the amenities you need. Rosi is an excellent host, great contact before our trip and meeting us when we arrived. Highly recommend this apartment and town.

Excellent location,right on the beach, a fully equipped, very clean apartment. Beautiful beach, not crowded with fine sand. Nearby, many restaurants with very diverse food. From Gran Tarajal you can easily reach Tarajalejo, Giniginamar or Las Playitas, beautiful places that are worth visiting. A pleasant surprise, both the apartment and the town. The location, the views, the quality of the facilities, standard of decoration and decor, assistance provided by host. Everything we could possibly want was there for us, we shopped locally and cooked most evenings, fish, meat, veg, fruit, bread, cakes and all the foodstuffs we needed or wanted were available to us in the local shops/supermarket. There were also lovely restaurants nearby where we did have lunch or ice-creams. We only had to walk out the door to be on the beach or go for a walk on the promenade up to port to see the fishing boats and buy fresh fish in the Fisherman's market in the mornings.

There was a Christmas tree in the flat and some welcome gifts: water, champagne and fruit, which was very nice. The flat is spacious and it was very clean. It also has a sunny balcony, where the whole family can rest and eat meals. We highly recommend it.

The livingroom, balcony and the master bedroom is facing south, quess it can get really hot in the summer but just wonderful in december. Yes there were some noise, especially in the evening, but just ordinary sounds from a town.
