very clean inside of apartment including balcony, as well as out side around the pool. bed too soft, but it is just personal feeling. Anyway mattress was in a good shape. There could be few more glasses in the kitchen.

Easy walking downhill to several small beaches. A few restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Heated pool was a big bonus. Amazing view from the terrace. Friendly manager. Very practical to have the private garage and access to laundry facilities. AC in the upstairs bedrooms was great. Can't fault anything.

Everything brand new. Good breakfast. We have half board, but we could come eat anytime after 12, so we could choose between lunch and dinner. There is a menu and you have to pick some starter, main course and dessert. Some dishes were tasty, some we didn’t like. Id advise chef to try food before serving. Our room on floor 1 was clean, comfortable and spacious. Though the beds are comfortable we did struggle with the pillows. The balcony was a great size and we had a reasonable sea view, I can only imagine that the views improve as you go up. The facilities at the hotel are excellent for the price and we would happily recommend. Playa de la Arena is a touristy area but all the restaurants that we tried served good food at reasonabe prices.The property was spacious, two bedrooms but also two bathrooms - one with bath and shower over, the other just with shower but very good for family with baby. The other major plus was the enormous sun terrace and the fact that it was up less flights of stairs than the other apartments.
