Location for the beach is as close as you can get, stunning views, beautiful to wake up to every morning, you can hear the waves from the balcony. Host Chema is always a message away and responds very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Lovely views around the area and nothing is too far like Mahón. You will need to hire a car to get around as we did, without it your limited to Punta Prima, and the taxis back and forth would be way more, definitely hire a car if you want to drive into Mahón or to large supermarkets. However there are a few small shops and restaurants selling lots of seafood which was nice. But after 1 or 2 days we wanted to go to city or supermarkets so glad we had a car. The apartment itself was spacious and clean with everything you need. Air con worked perfectly nicely chilled even on a hot night which I was pleased about. The house had a wonderful private swimming pool, cleaned every day, the kids had fun every day, it was hard to get them out of the pool, the grill outside was also great, and there was a ping-pong table.There are beautiful beaches around that are easy to get to, shops close by with everything you need, I recommend this place

Bathroom very clean, looked fairly new and even had a powerful hairdryer. Beds were comfortable and I would say fairly new mattresses. Only downside was the view from the one bed apartments was towards the (very quiet) road; the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments faced the beach. Wi-fi very good.
