Having a private parking space is a significant advantage. Upon our arrival, we encountered a minor issue in the apartment, but it was promptly and efficiently resolved. We felt great support and always could rely on assistance.

The apartment has a great view with a big terrace and is very well equipped, making it suitable for longer stays also. We had everything we needed for our stay and would definitely recommend it. The location is great if you have a car (free private parking was included), can get easily to the beaches nearby or other attractions. The Taurito beach is 10-15 minute walk. Internet connection was very good.

The apartment was very well appointed, WiFi was excellent, 2 modern flat screen TVs (one in the bedroom) two terraces and pretty much all the kitchen utensils you’d need for effective self catering. The owners and support were very attentive, meeting us at airport with the keys, answering our questions by return throughout our stay as needed. Having the two terraces and the rooftop pool area just a few steps away was brilliant.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was huge, it had the best view, on the ocean and the bay. The view was so pretty that we left the curtains open during the whole night. In the all inclusive option, it offers, a big range of dishes which were all very well cooked and prepared, a snack bar by the pool, drinks and sodas all day long. The access to the water park was amazing and exclusive to paradise hotels, part of our family in the resort next to us had to pay a lot to get to the waterpark. I think all in all the price is too cheap between food, stay, pools. Once there you can just relax. The food rotated frequently and I found it very intelligent how they managed a menu to reduce food waste. Real professionals and amazing environment.

Modern, clean, comfortable and just a short walk (10 mins) out of town and to the beach and supermarket. Set up on the hill away from the bigger hotels in Taurito. This is a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable and staff really friendly and helpful. We would definitely return. The sofa bed pulls out into two single beds which was perfect for my twin daughters of 11. The main bedroom was two single beds pushed together. I can recomend hotel and location to families, there is pool, aquapark and funpark with a lot of activities. It is quite easy to get by bus to the amazing and popular Amadores beach as well as to Puerto Rico. We rent a car and visit other beautiful places at the island, It is easy to reach them from hotel location (Puerto de Mogan, Maspalomas, Roque Nublo, Santa Lucia.

We love relaxing in the balcony after a long good walk. Kitchen well equipped just buy your own condiments and food to cook. Towels and toiletries provided. Oliver is quick and reliable contact person. Photos does not do justice, see it for yourself. We will be coming back.
