Everything!! The bed was big and very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there was a white noise machine in the room which I’ve never seen in any room before! The staff was lovely! Also the location was spot on, everything was in a walking distance from the hotel.

It has all the amenities for long stays, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is great, all is perfectly clean. Very spacious (is bigger that it looks in the pictures).

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is about a 10 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle, and 15-20 minute walk to the Royal Mile. The apartment is clean, and spacious with all the facilities you need. We had a very enjoyable 3 days here, and would certainly stay here again.

This is truly one of the great hotels of the world, and could not be in a better location. Staff are knowledgeable, pleasant, and take great pains to meet every guest request. Awesome dining and bar options. We stayed here twice and luggage storage and return of laundry between our two stays was handled flawlessly - all in our room waiting for us when we arrived for our second stay.

We had a two bedroom two bathroom flat and it has plenty of room with a nice living room/dining room, kitchen. Very nice indeed. No bathtub so if you like baths you’ll need to do without while staying but no big deal really. They have their own gated parking so you won’t have to park on the street but it costs extra. 6 nights was 90 pounds. Overall though loved the flat!michaelYoung couple

Staff was very kind. They accidentally overcharged us for the breakfast, but it was solved quickly by a staff member. It was a very positive experience, I do recommend.
