Situated in Fife and only 31 km from St Andrews University, Newton Manor House -7 Bedroom House features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This holiday home offers accommodation with a patio. The property is non-smoking and is set 31 km from Scone Palace.

The spacious holiday home includes 7 bedrooms and a living room with a TV. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

Newton Manor House is an exceptional holiday accommodation for either a short trip or a longer holiday break. We were a group of 13 ladies staying across a stormy weekend in January 2024. All of the rooms are spacious, comfortable and provide a welcome home from home environment. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking equipment to cook and serve large scale meals. There is nothing miserly about this place as you can get with some holiday lets. There is enough of everything...and then some extras too! It was super cosy and warm the whole weekend we stayed. The bedrooms were huge and beds ample/comfortable to get a great night's sleep. The location is remote and quiet enough for you to have privacy and feel you are not going to bother anyone but close enough to have amenities and explore out and about should you wish.  Finally a note for Rosie the host who is THE most accomodating, friendly and communicable host we have every dealt with. She really went the extra mile and made the stay a 10/10 experience. Do not hesitate to book a stay here for your family/friend group adventure. It was wonderful. Thank you!

Bedroom was Excellent but was promised an upgrade on phone but it wasn't given on arrival ( which was disappointing !!! ) Evening Dinner was nice & reasonably priced for the excellent quality of cuisine. Swimming Pool /Sauna/Steam Room was excellent & pool was nicely heated ( Leisure facilities were made available after check out so that is a bonus ) Breakfast was ok but not as good as Evening Standard of cuisine.

Rhona was willing to provide either a cooked or more continental style breakfast, of excellent quality. The bedroom was spacious and having a fridge, and microwave, plus small folding table and chairs in the room was a big bonus. Rhona could nor have been more friendly and welcoming and everything was spotlessly clean, All for a very reasonable price. Convenient position for getting around the area and useful Services area just along the road.

Room was lovely and spacious, had requested a room with a bath which turned out to be amazing! Not your standard small tub, room was clean, bed was super comfortable. Didn't make use of spa facilities this time so can't speak for them. We did dine in the restaurant, which was a lovely meal, was fairly priced and staff were lovely. We met the older who was a lovely gentleman, very polite and friendly.

We had booked a standard room but were very happy to see we had a free upgrade to a better room which was really spacious and comfortable. The evening meal was lovely as was the breakfast. The location was beautiful and the historic building was stunning and decoration was fitting too. Staff were very friendly too

Booked through booking.com but on arrival found they didn’t actually have the room we’d paid for. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we ended up with a free upgrade and spent 3 nights in the Honeymoon suite!

We had dead bee's/wasps x2 on the bed when we arrived in our room. On attempting to open the window we seen other insects flying around window so left it shut. It was very warm . I went to reception to alert them and the duty-manager quickly upgraded us to another room with no issue, even carrying our bag to the new room.

We stayed in the family room which was comfortable and spacious and just what we needed for our first trip away with our 6 month old. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They coped well with all the extra restrictions in place due to covid. Would definitely stay again.
