This villa has everything what you might need for your stay, either work or relax related. First it is huge living room with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and two toilets, the rest two are small apartments for 4 persons, with separate kitchen and bathrooms. All are very good equipment. There is big garden, swimming pool area, and barbecue area. Owner is really nice and helpful. Neighborhood is quite. Nearest beach is 500 m from apartment, small market is around 800m from there. And so was the garden. Pool was clean and big enough. Many pool chairs and a comfy sitting area in the shade. Even an outdoor shower. The area is peaceful and beautiful. Car was a must. We made nice trips on the Krk island. The beach in Pinezici was our favorite. Hope to come back one day! Thank you Villa Temer, you gave us a perfect holiday ❤
