Hosts (owner as well as property manager who is always available) were lovely and enriched our stay with a well-equipped kitchen and even some giveaways (domestic olive oil and wine). The surrounding is so beautiful - a perfect place to relax! The beach bar down the hill with live music was lovely.

The apartment is super spacious and everything is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the most amazing view. The beach is a 2min walk away and it's a bit smaller, but it was never crowded. A bit larger beach is a 4min walk away. The grocery store is a 5min walk away and it has all the essentials, but for a bigger shopping you can go 12min by car to Konzum, Tommy or Lidl which are all really close to each other. For me, a big plus was the washing machine :) The hosts are really kind and welcomed us so nicely, and were available should we need anything. We had the most relaxing time here and we'll definitely come back!

Iva and Tomislav were great hosts. They had great communication anytime I messaged them. The place was easy to find and check in was easy as well. The balcony overlooking the sea was my favorite. Waking up to catch the sunrise was great. The location was pretty close to the beach (3 min walk) and if food or supplies are needed it’s a 6-8 minute drive into town of Supetar. The house was spotless when we arrived and was equipped with everything we needed. The large sectional couch and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this place as a peaceful and comfortable get away and would definitely stay here again.

I prepared it myself in the apartment in the morning.Everything exceeded my expectations. Huge, spacious apartment (90 m2!), which was the best I have ever found on the Adriatic. The photos do not convey the dimensions, the nice family feeling, the intimate atmosphere. The owner was the best I have met so far. Correct,kind, loving person. It was a pleasure to cook in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, to eat on the terrace and we saw dolphins several times! It was great to always return there after the beach. I can't wait to be there again!

The bathroom was ok, although small repairs would be needed especially in the shower. We also had a spacious balcony with table and chairs where we had dinner. Parking was right next to the location. Unfortunately we did not go to the pool to evaluate it.

Centuries old family tower right at the water's edge in Sutivan, with a cute little balcony and the best view one can imagine. Although the building is historic, the room is well-appointed, spacious and modern, with good bathroom, A/C, kitchen corner and everything you need for a nice rest.
