The booking was managed entirely online and via WhatsApp. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment was large, extremely clean and comfortable The beds were very nice as was the bathroom. We didn't cook, but everything was there to do so. Breakfast was just across the street at a very nice cafe.Would be perfect for a longer stay and/or more guests. It's very close to the station, in a lovely area with lots of shops and restaurants. Pavia is a great little city to visit. Very lively and welcoming.

I can't recommend this place enough! The apartment is fantastic, and the location is perfect. The Wi-Fi was great (I had several online meetings to run, and everything went smoothly). The owner was incredibly kind and caring—the best I've ever encountered during my travels. I will definitely return there at the next opportunity and highly recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The location is superb at the center of town (though you can hear some noise from the piazza at night). The interior design is pleasant and modern. Everything seems new - the dishwasher, the washing machine etc. It is located in a fancy building and looks even better in reality than in the pictures. Someone had clearly made an effort to make the place nice and inviting.

He did a fantastic job and we had everything we needed and more. In addition, he is a great communicator, made us lunch reservations and provided us a custom breakfast. Thank you Pietro for everything! Oh, and the place is perfectly situated; a short walk from the old town and plenty of "paid parking" around.
