It’s very clean. The linen and towels all smelled freshly laundered. There was no musty smell. The hallway and room was neat and tidy. My mom was with me so the elevator was very convenient. It is along the hi-way and in a gated building with security guard, so it is safe. It is about 5 minutes by taxi to SM City Ecoland. Strong internet connection, too. Best of all are the staff/owner - they’re very kind, accommodating, and polite (salamat po ng marami, maam and sir. God bless you po.)

Per description, it has 6 bedrooms. we only used the 4 BRs as the 2 are small ( 1 person only) and it has no AC. anyway, the 4 BR was enough for 4 families. the Masters bedroom is huge. It has double KING size bed, sleeps up to 6-7. It has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathroom. It has an entertainment room with everything you need for a karaoke night which is a +++ and will stay again for this reason. THe caretaker, Lisa was very friendly.

It's like a home away from home, with free access to pool. We are a family of 6 and the free pool access is good for 5 only. Very thankful that the host let us use additional extra pool access of their other condo unit so we will not be charged for excess pax. You can also buy a gallon of water for 50 pesos for longer stays.
