The beds are amazing! We loved the layout of the room and the extra touches (like the ceiling) that made it quaint and cozy and not like a basic hotel room! The location is fantastic! We loved being so close to the ocean and being able to see the lighthouse glow at night!

We sat is rocking chairs on the deck and enjoyed eating breakfast, evening snacks while watching the ocean. It could not have been any closer to the waves than if we had been riding on a cruise ship. The WiFi was excellent and we watched movies every night on our laptop. Harry, the caretaker is a very hard worker and makes sure every guest is well taken care of.

The beach was pristine and the ocean more blue than at any other place we had stayed in the U.S. There were a couple of casual restaurants within walking distance that served great food and coffee. Our double bed room was very clean and comfortable with a nice sized bathroom and a small table and chair set. The rocking chairs on the beach were so comfortable. It is an older property but the rooms were very nicely repainted and furnished. I did love the rustic look of the buildings.

They have wash stations outside in the parking lot so you don’t track in sand. There are plenty of towels, toiletries, coffees, etc and you just got and get them as needed. Excellent value during peak season. Stayed three nights and loved it. Hotel staff are super friendly and the pool is well kept and pool towel are in the office.
