Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Spacious enough: three separate bedrooms and a large living room with a soft corner and a large TV. Great Wi-Fi. There is its own barbecue and a recreation area on the street. Convenient check-in. The owner of the house is always on call, timely provided the requested information. The house is located on a quiet and cozy street, at the foot of a beautiful mountain. There is a parking space right near the entrance to the house. Everything was very nice. I recommend this house for a large family or group.

We enjoyed many aspects of our stay. 1: the communication goes to get to the location. This was especially important as we arrived after sundown. 2: the location between the hikes we wanted to do as we hiked Kanab and Page. 3: the kitchen had everything we needed

We decided for Kanab as our gateway to Bryce, Zion and GC North Rim. That being said we knew that we had to spend some time commuting but at the advantage of staying at a beautiful place for a couple of days. Cliffrose Cabin has all the amenities that you could ask for, the whirlpool was amazing, great barbecue and outdoor gas stove to do marshmallows. Kitchen fully equipped! Supermarket close by! Lee as the person to be actually present at the house was fast when we needed him (once)!

They are super comfortable and private with high ceilings, ceilings fans and a ton of space in your room. Everything was clean. Great space to relax after long hours in the hot Utah sun!
