Everything! From the building itself to the overall quietness of the neighbors. The outside can get a bit noisy, especially being near such a popular location to hold a concert, but even that didn't sway our enjoyment!

They were nice people willing to help, if needed. Both the bedroom as well as the private bathroom were very clean. The bedroom was quiet and warm. The bed was very comfortable. There was a little terrace but could not use it because it was raining. The area is well connected to NY via a bus (I was in Port Authority Station within 35min).
