Also the balcony is very dirty with mold on the fence. No clean towels were given after following instructions to put dirty ones in front of the room. Breakfast is disappointing with small offer and no fresh food /scrambled eggs. For 500 dollars a night we expected way more!

Also, they stayed in touch and checked on us which we loved! We had two separate units; a one bedroom and a two bedroom. Both were extremely comfortable, well decorated and clean. The location was just perfect as well. I will definitely recommend Sanibel Moorings as one of the best places to stay on the Island!

Not good, as I have serious leg and feet issues(20 years). Found several small black bugs in the kitchen area,(not flys???)---Entire rooms were 20 yrs over due for remodeling. Our bed room was clean & slept well. We would not recommend Sunshine Island Inn to our friends or family. Sorry. John and Linda
