The young man at the reception desk helped me with my luggage and packed me breakfast for the next day (my tour started early in the morning). I was able to wait there after check-out because my train was late at night and they offered me tea and water. I'd definitely stay here again!

Our room was very comfortable decently sized. The bathroom floor had heating which was just a delight. The bed was comfortable and the view from the window was decent. The breakfast was also good! Additionally, I had a small request prior to arrival and even though it wasn't essential, the staff had managed to fulfill it which was very highly appreciated! Bear in mind that the hotel is 3 tram stops away from the center. This was perfectly fine with us but maybe for someone it may be an inconvenience. Overall we were really happy with our stay! Great value for what you pay, and no complaints from our side :)
