Absolutely beautiful location, incredibly helpful staff, and very friendly. I didn't know fluent Japanese like I should have when visiting, but the people were exceptionally understanding. Would recommend again and again. Will return next year definitely, and will know the language better to return the favor properly. Thank you very much.

Because they had to cover the windows for repairing work outside so we got a 50% discount for the private onsen (due to none of sightseeing but it was ok) and the kids loved that private bathroom.
