The surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet. We were lucky to be able to see fujisan clearly! He also took us to a nearby Cafe which was beautiful. He took us to the station after as well, he is an amazing hardworking guy that shared hie story with us. This has been the most authentic Japanese experience we've had while being in Japan.
