Staff can speak english and eventhough we checj-in late, he gave a warmth-welcoming. In fact, He gave us suggestion on a very nice fruit picking place at Komoro. The place was extremely beautiful and hughly recommended to others.

The room and onsen place were tidy and clean. My boy loves futon and the Japanese breakfast especially the rice and miso soup. Traditional old we can expect but toilet was dirty n service was zero.. food was bad unlike a real ryokan we were served western food for both nights! They still used kerosene as heater n whole ryokan was smelling of kerosene!! Utterly DISAPPOINTED n for the price we paid....it was really NOT WORTH IT AT ALL..
