The staff was super friendly, There was an old woman in the reception who was super kind and supportive. the old man who picked us free from the train station was also very kind and polite. The room was super good with nice view. Everything in the hotel feels like being at your home. in general that was one the best places I have been in Japan in my trip and I won't forget it.
