Enjoying the hot spring is also very special moments. Every staff is very friendly and kind to help the customers. Not only is Assi comfortable, they made my experience in Yufuin more comfortable enjoyable. The place is convenient, well decorated, homey, got all the necessities prepared, comes with Onsen bath, and there’s a cute cat waiting for you to come back.

Excellent service, food, accommodations, hot springs. One of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle in the room. Extras include slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The onsen pool on the rooftop was awesome. The spa facilities were huge. You need at least 2 days to enjoy all of them. The basic room without onsen was spacious with an ocean view. Breakfast and dinner at the buffet and restaurants were in good variety and quality with local ingredients. Will love to visit again

Mount Aso is 7.3 km from the ryokan and KK Wings is 33 km away. Wow, this place is amazing! The food is so good and of such great quality. After breakfast I was excited for diner, and again already excited for breakfast. The Japanese style rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is as well very friendly and helpful. Can strongly recommend and will come again.
