The location was very central. You can get to a Lawson or 7eleven in about 5 minutes. There are many little Izakayas around and also some restaurants. The staff was very nice and their english was very good (for western travellers). As it was my 1st time in an Onsen i dont know if others can be better but it was very comfortable. Also was i allowed in there with tattoos on both arms. The guest room was a little bit small but we didnt mind at all. We could fit in there with our whole luggage so it was fine. They also had a nice guest area where you could talk and exchange stories with others. All in all it was very pleasant stay and i can recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Japan. Thank you.

The welcome seating and drink while staff helped us check in was so pleasant, our own personal staff to show us to our room, the beautiful room with all the little details or amenities, our own traditional Yakuta to wear to meals, the private onsen and peaceful nature of the ocean view. Everything was amazing!!

The property offers pick-up service from Yugashima Bus Stop. The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. One of my friends forgot his ear-pods in the room and we had left Izu. The hotel staff quickly helped to send the ear-pods to our new hotel. Good view at the mountain and the stream from the room window. 4 private onsens for reservation and 1 public one. The futons are comfortable for sleep. The traditional Yukata was offered during the stay.
