In the historic town of Spoleto, San Luca is a charming, family-run hotel set in the grounds of a former convent. Breakfast and drinks are served in the floral courtyard.

The hotel was staffed by very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Wonderful courtyard to have a drink and breakfast was good although biased a bit to sweets! Not really a problem. Thought that the location was easy to access but you did need to walk a bit to get to the historical center - about 15 minutes - uphill. However, this is a great place to stay if you arrive by car as easy to access and they have on site parking.

Hotel style and view is fantastic! It is very romantic place.
Beautiful old hilltop town with so much to see. There is the Rocca Castle at the top of the town well worth the visit with spectacular views. The Duomo (Cathedral) in Piazza del Duomo, beautiful ceiling paintings. Lots of old narrow streets and lovely market squares, lots of places to stop for a coffee, glass of wine, lunch. Could spend alot longer here than we did. It's very hilly but there is an amazing underground moving escalator system that you can hop on to make it easier to get up those hills! On my previous visit to Spoleto, I stayed at Hotel Clitunno which I also highly recommend.

Spoleto is one of Italy's most pictures and peaceful towns. Very relaxed atmosphere with lots of beautiful restaurants and eateries.
The old Roman structures were not crowded and easy to access on foot. Walking around Spoleto was easy and very safe both by day and night.
Lots of old Roman ruins and artists works in galleries dotted around the town.
A perfect break from the congestion of the big cities. Spoleto will not disappoint. Hotel Duci was in a perfect location with good parking

The view at the top of the mountain using the tramway was exquisite and seeing the bridge and fort....Loved the Duomo beautiful beyond..the old streets...not many tourists...the streets so interesting. It was easy to get around..loved the piazza below our accommodation. Our accommodations were beyond my expectation. The wrap around terrazzo was such a bonus and a special way to end our trip. The old very old church just outside added to the beauty. and the tramway a walk away, The views from our terrazzo was spectacular!.

Spoleto is a city dating back thousands of years, where monuments, fortresses and wonderful awe inspiring churches exist. A modern underground walking/moving escalators and elevators assist young and old alike to move around this wonderful ancient city. There are numerous shops, boutiques, indoor/outdoor restaurants and bars to serve the public. Most important are the friendly people of Spoleto. A must see destination for all.

A really interesting town which is very easy to navigate with underground walkways and escalators. Easy access and easy parking, we wished we could have stayed for more than one night. A lovely Duomo overlooked by hilltop castle from which there is an excellent view.
The room was fantastic - spacious room, comfortable superking bed, balcony, as well as a peaceful and totally stunning view.
Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. All were catered for, from healthy fruit/yoghurt options to fresh pastries to cheeses and meats.
Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
Staying in Spoleto was the highlight of my trip to Italy. Part of the reason for this was my stay at Hotel dei Duchi.
Very clean and peaceful. Perfect location, breakfast was good and you can go to mass as well. Everyone at the property was very nice and welcoming. They even had a coffee machine and vending machine with water and snacks for reasonable prices. Close to sights of interest and near the moving sidewalk/ escalators if you want to visit the sights at the top of the hill. Great stop while walking the way of St Francis.
Spacious comfortable nicely equiped apartament located in Spoleto just nearby the escalator which takes you to higher parts of old town. Nice view from the window, very very clean apartament and you can find inside all you need. There is kitchen and all you need like electric kettle and iron which was perfect as we came for a wedding. Communication with host was really good. I really recommend it!
Everything about this stay was better than expected. I wish all hosts/owners were as responsive and helpful as Matilde. Comfortable and roomy accommodations near restaurants and stores. A short walk to the train station made it a good home base for day trips to other cities nearby (Spello, Trevi). If I ever make it back to Spoleto, I hope to be able to book at this location again.
Elena's place was exceptional. Before we even arrived into Spoleto, she was in touch about the apartment, information about the area, making us feel welcome and like returning to a well known place. The flat has one of the most beautiful views of anywhere we have stayed in Spoleto. It is perfect for a couple, a beautiful respite, and Elena was very kind even when we left our plug!
Charming farm stay in the hills just outside of Spoleto. The hosts were warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They also gave us excellent recommendations for new places to check out in the area. We loved the dinner with fresh products from the farm! We hope to be back in the summer to take advantage of the activities available on the grounds.
The agritourismo is situated about 2 kms outside Spoleto with a spectacular view of La Rocca and the old town. The breakfast room allows you to see this view at any time. The breakfast room itself has plenty of seating for the guests and serves a very good breakfast with attentive staff. Our room, was particularly roomy and faced out over the pool setting.
Exceptional in every way! The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Spoleto. The flat is immaculately clean, really well equipped, super comfortable and is brilliantly located for exploring the city by foot. You should book it!
The location is located right next to the via flaminia, which makes it easy and fast to access anything in central Italy. I didn't hear the road traffic in the facilities or the room. View is superb and includes the Rocca Albornoziana of Spoleto in the distance. Eating at the location was also great.
We received a smaller room and after asking starting with the second night they moved us to a bigger and nicer room.
The public parking for 5€ per day is located nearby.
Breakfast selection is rich and the house restaurant serves a good dinner with nice selection of dishes at a very decent price
It was well located right in the old town. From the balcony we could see the people below at cafes in the piazza and even heard a choir practicing in a building near the church which was rather nice. It is not too far from the parking places to access the upper parts of Spoleto and the castle.
The situation of the property was super , not too far from the city of Spoleto , we were travelling by car so they à have huge parking..
They also offer a dinner menu with the specialty of the region for a very good price
Beautiful old villa. The best part is the owner Nazzaro. He treated me like family. Drove me to a fabulous restaurant, packed me snacks for the road. Perfect stop if you are walking the Via di Francesco.
The place is exactly as described. It is beautiful. Centrally located. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Spoleto a beautiful vibrant town. Was a good experience.
The rooms are far more functional and comfortable for an hotel of this level. The staff is kind and helpful. The annexed restaurant is cheap and quite good.
