Set in the heart of Abbeville, this elegant red brick hotel is a classic example of Ponthieu architecture and offers stylish and well-appointed accommodation.

This was our fourth stay and the staff have always been very friendly and the food in the restaurant consistently good.

This was a last minute trip and we had to arrive late. The flexibility, welcome and help we received from the host was great. The property is lovely and we had a great stay. Highly recommended

Previous reviews were right - breakfast was great! Hosts very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely gardens - shame the weather didn't encourage taking advantage. Recommended a drive out to the coast-beautiful.
Situated in Abbeville and only 43 km from Rang du Fliers-Verton-Berck Train Station, Gwenaelle et Cyrille features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking.
Lovely Church and walk by canal and River. Great traditional cafe visit Chez Jules’s but remember to speak the Lingu Franca and try the salted peanuts with an oragina and Perrier for the real Francophile experience!

The cathedral is well worth a visit. We walked along the river Somme and that was very nice! As for the restaurants we recommend Le petit Bistro (15 Pl. Max Lejeune, 80100 Abbeville). Good beef, pommes and salad for a good price.

We stopped overnight on our journey south, went out for a bit of a snoop and discovered a historic town sadly decimated twice by world wars but sensitively rebuilt (twice) to be a lovely place to visit before continuing our road trip

Abbeville is a fairly small town with not much going on. Restaurants shut early.
The river Somme runs through the town, and you can have a walk along it.
We chose this as a stop over on our way back to Calais. It was nice to see another town on our journey.

Not enough equipment in the apartment for three people.
Not enough equipment in the apartment for three people.
No internet information and no toiletries.
Not even soap to use after the toilet. Filter coffee and machine but no filters so unable to use it. Unable to use the hot rings as only one tiny saucepan available. Staff was hit and miss. The bar was open but no staff available to serve customers. I was sent by the receptionist to go to the restaurant and find the staff. She couldn’t be bothered to ring for me.

Abbeville is quite a small town but it is easy to walk around and visit the interesting sites - historic buildings and parks. The tourist office provides trail maps. The Boucher de Perthe museum and the Collegiale Vulfran are worth visiting. There are some good restaurants too - in particular we enjoyed an evening meal in La Corne.
Best thing about the property is the location, right in the center of this beautiful town. We loved the antique store right across the street. The city is a gem and the hotel made everything walking distance, seemed to be plenty of parking when I arrived. Friendly staff, friendly townsfolk, beautiful architecture, nice quaint stores. we also had a room with a view of the city center, what a great addition, will always remember the view. Only stayed one night, wish it was more, will be back for more sometime in the future.
It was an excellent establishment. Location is perfect for the journey I was undertaking and it was easy to find. The facilities were as expected with the added bonus of a discount from a nearby restaurant if one was staying in the IBIS hotel. I received a warm reception at the hotel, everything was explained to me, The hotel had made a special effort with its Christmas decorations. Breakfast was also well done and I did not have to rush.
The perfect peaceful oasis. This "secret garden" is such an enjoyable extra added to a very comfortable well equipped studio apartment.
What a find! An absolutely ideal venue to break our journey and relax after a long drive. We will definitely be back if time allows, and we rarely return to places visited in France, as there is so much choice. However, Au Jardin des Deux Ponts is special and Florence is delightful.
Very convenient to Abbeville town centre and ammenities, the apartment was spacious, clean and well presented and fitted out with all we needed to have a pleasant stay. While we never used etc gym or swimming pool, they looked to be very well maintained and utilised by other guests. Parking was provided inside a secured perimeter giving great peace of mind.
small compact and lovely. We booked at 8pm at night we we were massively delayed on our trip to France, was worried about getting cancelled on the basis of lateness but wasn’t an issue. Place was lovely, clean and minutes walk from the river and the centre of the town. We were just passing through but will definitely be back.
Handy for motorway as on home to UK. Plenty of space for four of us and privacy to sit out and have a last glass of wine in France under the trees as the sunset.
Lovely well equipped kitchen so we could cook for ourselves as Coeliacs we find eating in France very difficult
Les Myrrhophores is a hidden gem in the centre of Abbeville. The property is stunning combing a mix of historic features mixed with modern convenience. The host Eric was most hospitable, providing local knowledge and the most amazing breakfast. Would love to return again.
Staff were very courteous and helpful and only 1.5 hrs to Calais. The hotel was great value for money and right in the centre of Abbeville so plenty of choice for dinning out. The bed was especially comfortable.
Very compact and tidy. Had everything we needed. Easy to find and perfect for our overnight stop to the west coast of France. Restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Would definitely stay again.
Central location in Abbeville. Good standard of clean, typically corporate style of furnishings but of very good quality. Restaurant provides an excellent menu and the food is exceptional.
Very clean with very comfy bed. Very pet friendly. A nice cosy restaurant. Good breakast. Don't be put off by the exterior of the hotel - it's very nice and spotlessly clean inside.
