Lovely location.
I ate in the restaurant every night and the food was amazing.

I am furious that I cannot ring Ramada as their seemingly only phone is either ringing and no one answers or saying. Out of service. Tried their head office and they insist the only phone number they have for the hotel is the same one. Nobody there could help me. The receptionist that booked me filed completely . Was offered wake up call , never arrived so I only woke when cleaner turned up , missing out on shower, breakfast and late for appointment. Asked when booking in if my car was OK where it was parked and told it was ok. Now been sent a £100 fine as apparently receptionist should have informed parking company that I was staying there. I know it was after midnight when I booked in but that shouldn't affect the service I received. Need help but cannot find out who to contact and how. A wonderful surprise after having spent the whole afternoon travelling down to Stansted airport. The warm welcome and friendly staff immediately took the stress out of my early morning flight the next day. A drink at the bar served by charming people in a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful decor and a quick but tasty meal was just what I neededrachelFrance - 6.0Scored 6.0
Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices.
Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices. Newly refurbished premier rooms have lovely, friendly, soft beds. Using deep, fluffy carpets in very long hallways is a mistake as it can be challenging to pull suitcases over them. I only use this hotel because it is right next to the terminal, and my flights to Denmark are often ridiculously early, You get two bottles of water in the minibar. Why it is not possible to run a minibar service in 2024 I don't know.

I liked all over the stay.
I liked all over the stay. Staff was polite, professional and friendly. Room surprisingly big, with comfortable bed, walk in shower with all toiletries, towels. Tasty breakfast. It was a bit cool food but I usually expect cold food when is buffet style meal.

The stay at the Hilton was comfortable and the staff friendly. Breakfast was included and very good. I have also stayed at the Raddison and if you are wondering which hotel to choose the Hilton is by far the better.

It was my 89th birthday and I was given amazing treatment ! A room upgrade- flowers in the room- a very kind handwritten birthday card- ballons-afree glass of wine with my din ner. Exceptional treatment !!

However the bed was little uncomfortable as you could feel the springs in the mattress. The shower was difficult to maintain a set temperature. Overall facilities within the room were fine. The worst part was getting out of the car park there. I stayed there as it was literally 1 mile up the road from where I was yet it took me over an hour to get there. It’s close to the airport, but we didn’t hear any airplane noises whatsoever, or any noises for that matter. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, plus everywhere is spotlessly clean. With two restaurants, although one is currently closed, and a nice bar, it should be everything you need to start your holiday. Sometimes it's cheaper to book your hotel and car park, but sometimes, you can get a better deal on the green car park, which is next door to the hotel.
