Over priced, unless valued. The hotel chalet was furnished as a no star room and price at the 5 star rate. The toilet was never scraped for a Long time and the pot and pans look like it was savaged from garage sale. I would advise all customers to avoid this hotel.philipSingapore - 6.0Scored 6.0

It really depends on what you are looking for, the area is remote, to travel to the malls would be at least 30 minutes. But if you just want a quiet place to R&R, then this might just be the right place. The beach is dirty by the way.

The resort property is absolutely stunning and the service was amazing. Trust me when I say the staff were tooo kind and made sure everything we needed was provided promptly. We had a shuttle bus from and to the ferry terminal and we also did spa, river cruise and other activities at the Turi Beach resort which is their sister concern but Nongsa point gave us transport to and fro all times. Love the pool, it has changed slightly and a small slide was added. The beach area has changed as well, use to be grass to sand and sea directly. Now its replaced by concrete path to split the areas. Waves are huge, swimming definitely not recommended. Low tide is beautiful, walked out on the sand for quite a distance.LLipingSingapore

We had a 2-bdrm sea-facing villa and we enjoyed unblocked seaview and our own private pool. Villa was well-appointed and clean but shows signs of age and being by the sea. The staff were among the best! From Musri at reception and the team at the bike depot (we were there for Tour de Batam) we were so well cared for we were able to totally relax.
