Location: Decently located; you can easily call for Grab to the main malls (Grand Batam Mall/Nagoya Hill Mall) at affordable rates. Travelling time to these malls are within 5 minutes by Grab/Car. Room: Spacious room. King sized bed was comfortable. Hotel provided extra pillows FOC when requested. Breakfast: Variation/spread was there but was catered more towards the Muslim guests (which is completely understandable); just a note for people with other food preferences.

To whom it may concerned, Frankly speaking this 5 star hotel. Personally I am truly like Mariott group hotel whenever i travel to other cities or countries like SG, Malaysia or Indonesia esp for work. This hotel is on my list. This is my very 1st time visited batam on sept 10th-11th 2023 Then i am glad that batam city also has Mariott hotel. I booked it. First time i arrived. Ms Cindy as front liner was helping me so much to early check in. Which i was so happy n thankful to her.

The cleanliness of the apartment, the location is just beside batam center and facing the sea, so you can expect strong wind which is so relaxing.. staff yuni was very friendly and nice, answered all questions promptly.. we felt very welcome.. the room was spacious.. there is a swimming pool, gym and restaurant available.. if you will like to go for breakfast, you can just go to Harris Hotel just behind the apartment complex which is so convenient a 2 minute walk..

Very clean, tidy and cosy apartment. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill and Batam Grand Mall. There is a local wet market and eateries to immerse and appreciate local live. Smart TV and great wifi in-house for Netflix and such. Fridge is available for store ice cream and cold drinks. Complimentary bottled water and instant noodles with sanitized utensils readily available. Convenient pickup/drop off by Grab or Gojek. Highly recommended!

Location of hotel is superb. Within short walking distance of 4-5 minutes is the Grand Batam mall, which serves almost all shopping needs. By foot, plenty of food eateries around too. Hotel is basic but sufficient. Breakfast staff is attentive to guests. Met a friendly helpful Ms Adel. Makes the stay more pleasant!

The Grand I Hotel consistently stands as the preferred choice for our friends and family when visiting Batam. With excellent facilities, pristine rooms, and a welcoming staff, it never fails to impress. The breakfast selection has notably improved since our last visit in November 2023. Simply the best!

Location is beside Batam Centre ferry terminal. Apartment beside Mega Mall. Easy to travel to. High floors and windy. Because view. Room near to throw rubbish. Generally pretty clean but lots of improvements needs to be done. Given some complimentary snacks. There's a smart tv. Beautiful pool area.

Their hospitality! Feel warm on how the staff treat guest. Was a bit unwell back days during the stay. They offer a cup of ginger drink to comfort me. 2 days in a row. I Felt touched, Thanks Mbak Esa and Esti (i forgot the name). definitely will comeback here when i visit Batam in the future.

I liked everything about my stay in AP Premier. The staff were extreamly accommdating and they didnt neglect any of our request. The hotel manager Mr Dona was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was well maintained. I will def return back to them when i visit batam again.

As usual,owner was so kind and fast upon our arrival for the check in,all facilities are good only the electric stove can't be used,the rest is PERFECT,I'll rate 10/10,one of the best apartments that I've tried in BaTaM so fat after Oxy Suites

Very accessible to the Grand Batam mall. Easy to find food nearby. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The room i booked was small but theres a space for our muslim prayer. Water pressure is good, AC was cold. Soap and shampoo dispenser in the toilet.

To me, as usual this is my 11th time having this hotel as my top hotel over at batam. Family & child friendly. As for food wise I'm not very picky, I can just got across the road for the food or walk Abit further for diffrent variety of food.

Ive always booked this hotel everytime i come to batam. Mainly because breakfast buffet always nvr disappoint. But this time i feel that they shld really revamp the whole hotel as furniture all look old n buffet wasnt that great or much of a spread

The hotel is really clean and the staff are all friendly and catered to our needs. They allowed us to have a late check out and the breakfast spread was decent and tasty. ☺️ We will definitely come back to Yello when we visit Batam again.

The fact I had a little swimming pool by my villa all for myself. Also the Hotel next door (thank God for that !) where I could actually have dinner both nights as The Batam view doesn’t have any dinner options apart from breakfast.

Thank you to staff Mr Ronny who fetch us from batam center ferry terminal to hotel and offered to send us to Nagoya mall after we done the check-in. Friendly reception staff. Room is clean and there's extra pillow in the wardrobe.

the staff it very nice... the place is ok.. this is the 1st time go ( for10yr) out in singapore and go holiday in batam Indonesia... I fell happy and relax.. the hotel is nice but have to do a lot of maintenance..

The property is a brand new duplex and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a 24hr convenient store right below. It’s about 10-15 mins from Batam ferry terminal and 10-15 mins to city center.

I love the room and the ambience. It's really clean and the location was perfect. It located in front of Grand Batam (Mall) and there were many food stall around the hotels

Very clean and new hotel, it's located near the heart of Batam. The check in was hustle free and friendly staff value for money for facilities and comfort of the room.
