Just said that I loved Prague was an understatement. What a nice city. Now I'm a person that likes architecture looking at churches going through graveyards. They had fantastic cafes with very good food and very good service actually. Especially for Europe. I found people very friendly and very cooperative. The city did not have the usual scams that you see in many other places. I felt very safe and very comfortable in the city and I did not have to have my guard up looking for the usual problems when you come to a very popular tourist city. I did go midweek and I'm sure they have a lot of people coming in for the weekends. So that i did not see fortunately if that happens. I would definitely go back and I thought it was a great city.

Loved our stay at the Perla Hotel and would stay again. We were close to Prague Old Town. Close to public transport. The area was safe. We had cafes and small restaurants close by. The area was quiet at night which was wonderful. We loved our morning breakfast and the staff were very friendly.

It is beautiful old Building and good view from hill to see Praque. Prague is a great city break If you like good food, beer and great historical architecture. When the weather is good Prague is very pretty, but equally so when the weather is a bit wet and miserable. Prague is a great city to visit for a long weekend.

Prague is a very beautiful city in the old town area. The historic buildings are spectacular and just for those alone is worth visiting Prague. The trams are brilliant to get around on, the number 42 and 41 take sightseers around with get on get off stops. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Most people speak English which was lovely. If you get away from main tourist areas you can find some very lovely restaurants with wonderful food served at very reasonable prices. We found one called Bohemia Goose, it is owned by a brewery and you can watch them working on there vats etc. The food was some of the best we had anywhere in Prague, and the beers they produce are really good too.

Excellent quality restaurants,my favourite was the Grand Cru, if you visit Prague I highly recommend you eat here, we had the tasting menu + a lovely bottle of Mikrosvin Riesling Vlassky Lisci Vrch , this wine was so good we bought some at the Global Wine shop about 750 metres from the Colorfactory Spa Hotel. We also dined at the Eatery which was also very good. The river cruises were good, but I would not book the City sightseeing bus tour as you can walk the route in less than 2 hours.Caplen
