We booked last minute and arrived late at the hotel which was much appreciated. Parking is handy and location is great to visit the Bolgheri region. The rooms are basic and a bit dated but very spacious and have a garden patio which was nice. Staff was really nice. We did not have breakfast at the facilities but it looked nice. It is a nice small hotel for a 1 night stop.

Beautifully renovated interior of a historic house. Comfortable, pleasant and very clean apartment. If you are looking for accommodation in the historic centers of small towns, this is the right one. Fantastic choice in so many ways. Located on the hills (nice air in the evening), in a beautiful and very quiet area. Highly comfortable and well equipped apartment (there are a couple of them and each is as separate as possible). All necessary amenities, A/C included. Extremely helpful, kind and attentive host who often visits the place and is reachable by WhatsApp if not there. We (a 2 + 2 family) used it as a base for both local beaches and excursions to cities like Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano and other local attractions. We had a perfect stay. Highly recommended.
