A wonderful family resort in the east of the alps. Great for beginners. Lots of blue & red runs. Great night time sledging. Loads of restaurants on the mountains with very friendly service. Big portions but not cheap but then ahow me a skiing resort that is. Much cheaper than france and Switzerland and italy.

Ski area consist of 4 hills to 1.800m, so everyone can find the slope which is fitting to him. On the hills, there was a pretty lot of restaurants or bars. There was a free parking place to leave a care in and drive with the lift directly to the entrance. When parking outside, you can put your skies on and by the snow go directly to the entrance to buy a tickets. Parking place was on asphalt so no dirt. The Schladming city is small but you can find there a restaurant for a quick dinner.

One of the most beautiful hotels I stayed in. The beauty of the hotel and the wonderful view of the mountain. The room number was 54, a studio with a balcony. It had all the necessary equipment for cooking in addition to all the kitchen utensils., They were very kind and helpful in everything. You need tourist places and attractions. Mainly stayed for bike parks and they have one of the best systems so you don't overheat in the gondola, love it, very kind, would always recommend! Schladming is a quaint little town with scenic views from everywhere. The town centre has nice bars spread out everywhere. However everything closes in this town by 5:30PM max and there may not be much night life to offer.

The room was spacious, very clean, all needed facilities. We could use the kitchen if we wanted. The bathroom is very spacious with two mirrors and sinks. I could bring my dog with me which is very important for me. The breakfast was included, it was very good, with lots of options. Our stay was very cozy. We would recommend to stay here for the ski trip as we did.

The location of the apartment is great - 9 minutes by car to Planai, 13 minutes to Reiteralm. The apartment is very clean, cozy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you need, the dishwasher was very handy. After skiing, a nice bonus was the use of the sauna. I recommend it! And if we come back to Schladming, it will be here.

Ski in and out was very convenient. You can buy a Schladming pass from the chair lift at the bottom of the piste. If you want a Ski Amade they let you ride the lift once for free and you ski down to the Hochwurzen gondela and buy it there.
