A beautiful place.
A beautiful place. We travelled by train to Lisabon and took a bolt taxi, because of our huge luggage. Otherwise, one can use the fairy from Belem to Trafaria station and then walk to the surf villa (20 min), but there are also various busses with stops near the villa. In Lisbon one can use metro and other public transportation and if there is no big luggage, you can go from A to B without problem including the fairy. Everything is possible.
For those who might wish to have a beautiful beach, visit Costa da Caparica. Mainly for surf students. Portuguese people are lovely, speak almost all English and you feel at home immediately.

Costa de Caparica has a beautiful long beach, and if you can it's better to walk to the more remote end, as it gets less crowded. As for the overall experience, after visiting the Algarve coast, it felt grey and boring in comparison. I think it's generally a good spot for people coming to learn surfing, and for Lisboans looking for a weekend break, but I would not choose it as my holiday destination, and 3 days felt way too long of a stay. Portugal is so beautiful, you can definitely find better places to enjoy nature and the ocean, than here.

It was our first time in Costa da Caparica and we loved it!
It was our first time in Costa da Caparica and we loved it! Initially we were just going to stay for one day of the summer festival Sumol Summer Fest, but ended up staying 2 nights. We could enjoy the beach (which I believe is the main attraction) on the second day, although it was really crowded since the morning. There were a lot of people just surfing while others sunbathed. We enjoyed the sunset later that day with a walk by the board and passed by more than two or three talented street artists playing and singing, which provided a nice and calm environment.
In the surroundings there are plenty of delicious restaurants, and we got to try some. There’s also a big green park not far from the beach, with friendly dogs running around, exercise gear, children’s toys and a coffee with live music.
We would like to come back, hopefully for more days next time!

Breakfast delicious as always, but eggs and sausages always cold.
Close to beach and good restaurants/bars and stores. Always give us the room# we requested as we’ve visited several times and we’ve only stayed in 2 rooms
24 hours the staff are always polite and helpful, Sylvia always remembers us and remembers us and is awesome helpful for us.
It’s nice having someone concerned about us like Sylvia since I’m from the USA and my fiancé lives here in Lisbon.
Wow, beautiful place! The pictures don't do it justice. As soon as you walk into the villa, you really feel like you are on holiday. The decor is amazing and there are so many interesting books. Me and my friends had a lovely and relaxing time here. Great location, 10 minutes to the beach, shops nearby and can get a taxi into Lisbon easily.
P.S. if you like music, the speakers in the house are so good!
It was simply the finest hotel I’ve been to in my 82 years of world travel. Pedro is an outstanding front desk person. He was way above any other front desk manager my wife and I have ever met. Lovely grounds, wonderful room, amazing breakfast, amazing chef. We ate two suppers there as well. You are across the river from Lisbon with a view of the entire city.
Warm welcome by host! Great location and view. Lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Sound of the waves every day just makes you happy! My partner and I got around with electrical steps (from bolt/uber) and this was an excellent way to explore the area. We also booked taxi's to go to the city of Lisbon. We should have stayed longer.
The apartment was super comfortable, spacey and clean. The view was spectacular and the downstairs garage really helpful for parking, especially on the busy weekends!
The staff was extremely friendly.
We also loved the pool on windy days.

Fantastic resort hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon. The room (Panorama) was incredible and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great food at the restaurant and easy to get Ubers to go anywhere. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Ricardo looked after us very well, the villa was beautifully clean and very spacious! The location was right by the beach and very close to the local supermarket. Cheap Bolt taxis into Lisbon center in the evening too! Thank you for having us!
This hotel is close to the beach, there is an outdoor pool, a gym, sauna and jacuzzi. The breakfasts are included. Overall it is good value. It is actually easy to get to Lisbon city centre by getting the bus to Marquis de Pombal or Sete Rois.
Self check-in, opening doors with codes - very comfortable, automated process. Great location: 5 minutes walking distance to the beach; restaurants, shops, supermarkets in 2 minutes walking distance. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Wonderful hotel, clean, beautiful, accurate, has Patio. There is shop with products in the same location. It is really in 5 minutes walking to the beach. Good kitchen. Love this hotel modern design.
Good big shower room. Nice staff.
Located next to famous Caparica Beach, Lisbon Ocean Apartments was clean, neat, well-lit with good air circulation, and comes with all the expected facilities. We would love to stay again here in our next visit to Lisbon.
Great beach view, they take clean seriously in the hotel interior,, and had yummy gluten free bread packed to avoid cross contamination. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices in the bar were reasonable.
Best location - near center of Costa Da Caparica. At 15 minutes - croceries, caffee and ocean.
Some notice - I live at apartment under the roof and get some problem with my height (180 cm).
Very well located property in Costa da Caparica. I also really appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the weekly cleaning offered by the property which helped during my long term stay.
the property was very homie and cosy, the apartment is a good size even for a family, both of my girls enjoyed the apartment, I will definitely return when I return to Portugal
Well equipped accommodation and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach is just a two minute walk away and Lisbon was well in reach by car.
