The room was comfortable and just as pictured. So close to the shrine which is what we wanted. You can hear the bells and singing from our room which we didn’t mind. We checked in at midnight but there was a lady called Maria who came within 5 minutes of calling to help us with check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again 😊

A truly spiritual place made me reflect on my faith and where I am with regards to that.
A genuine place to meditate and to take stock of oneself.
You should do the Stations of the Cross at Valinhos for the caminhos dos pastorhinos. Download the Fatima app to guide you as you go from one station to the next. At the 8th station, you can stop at the major apparition site and carry on with the station of the cross or stop by Aljustrel. Wheelchair friendly. It will also take you to Aljustrel to visit Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco houses and also the small apparition site. Then after you can carry on and finish the way of the cross.

Fatima is an experience of a lifetime.
Fatima is an experience of a lifetime. I had a great stay both in my hotels. The spiritual journey that the place brings is different and worth it and all the expenses of travelling.
It is a beautiful religious destination.

If you go to Fátima you possibly go for the religious reason. You also know what to expect and where to go. Regarding eating out - there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and the service is quick. Possibly more shops with religious items than any other shops altogether. People are friendly and helpful but not many of them speak English. We came from Porto to Fátima by Uber and it cost us 160 Euros while taxi drivers hunting for us just outside of the airport arrivals offered 250-300 Euros.

The Circuito Circuit was unreliable they said it comes every 30 mins for pick up. We waited 1 hr and 15mins to come but when it did there was no seat available so we walked for 35 mins to go back to top . It would have been nice if all the info on the sites/exhibits was also in English. Sites also lacks directions. You loose time finding your way around the exhibits.

The sanctuary is an amazing experience, especially the candlelight procession Our Lady of Fatima. What was difficult with a wheelchair was getting into the Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Both wheelchair lifts going into the Basilisk were not working so ypu had to pusg a distance and uphill to get into it. Tia Alice restaurant is a must do, just know it’s a very small venue and must have reservations.

I enjoyed walking the 14 stations, it was a beautiful day, very quiet, the walkway pleasantly shaded by trees. Then I visited the Nossa Sehnora da Rosario church, which is very beautiful, has free parking, drinking water, very clean washrooms. Many people were there visiting in the church, on the big plaza, some attended the mass, every few hours is one in different languages, the new church is very modern and spacious, has different rooms in the basement to pray, or you can get even one to one meeting with somebody who listens to your problems and prays with you. Close by is a wax museum, which tells the story of the 3 Shepard children, I thought it was nicely done. If you plan a trip to Portugal is worth including Fatima, even if you are not a religious person, is a lovely place to meditate, and see how people from everywhere, with different religious backgrounds, or atheist can be together in complete peace and respect for each other. What this world should be everywhere….
A few meters away from The Basilica of our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima.
Hotel was very clean both inside our room and in common areas. We were surprised to see we that we have a reserved table for our breakfast buffet. The coffee machine has espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate and decaf coffee options.
Several choices of fruits : water melon, kiwi, sliced oranges, honey dew melon. The bread were freshly made.
The staff were all friendly and attentive.
Hotel Santo António de Fátima had a great location and it was a hop, skip & jump to the Shrine. Shops and restaurants were plenty and we were spoilt for choice. The staff were great, polite, helpful and accommodating. Smiles from everyone and we were told the rooms were freshly renovated, stayed in a quad room and it was perfect for our family! Nicely painted and it gave us a sense of calmness.
Breakfast was good!
Thank you dear team.
We really enjoyed our stay. The Spa is a must do as it offers a lot of relax and is not crowded as the hotel staff is managing the bookings. The hotel is 7 min away to the sanctuary....a pleasant walk...but what we LOVED was the breakfast....such a big variety.... very professional staff(always attentive to what was missing)....probably the best breakfast we ever had in a hotel⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Fatima in the future.

Hotel has a great location, 5 minutes walk to the shrine. Rooms are beautiful and well-equipped. We had a delllllicious breakfast that we asked to be brought to our room and eat it on the balcony with a view to the shrine square - it was very lovely. The great place to stay in Fatima!
The property offered a very fine and varied breakfast and it was complimentary. Also the facility was very close to the Fatima Shrine—- just 6-8 minutes away be car. The hotel is next door to McDonald’s too so one can easily get drinks, burgers, or ice cream. Perfect choice!!
The hotel is located right next door to the Fatima Sanctuary right behind the main church. The room had a balcony overlooking the sanctuary. The room was a bit small but with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff was friendly.
