I liked the privacy that you get within the hotel. The facilities were stunning and breakfast was very good too. We had dinner in the restaurant and the steak was cooked just as I asked.

A gem of a city, and a secret that now the people of Edinburgh are cottoning onto. It's got a beautiful Heritage Quarter with loads of trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. Fantastic old buildings, a huge amount of history and one of the most beautiful parks in the world - Pittencrieff Park - is glorious. It really is like a mini-Edinburgh without the fuss and crowds, and such a lovely place to hang out.

We travelled to visit Knockhill Racing Circuit for a booked experience day.
Arrived on a lovely sunny day so decided to visit Pittencrief park on our way to the hotel (Adamson Hotel in crossford) where we had a great walk around the park and encountered many of the beautiful sights including the squirrels.
All in all a wonderful visit and we will definitely be back at some point in the (hopefully not too distant) future

Despite being just off of a main route into Dunfermline, the hotel is quiet and you can’t hear the traffic (or Storm Arwen).
My room was newly renovated and was lovely. Very clean and fresh.
The breakfast was excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They don’t do evening meals but you can order a carry out meal via Just Eat and they will provide you with a plate and cutlery if needed.
The hotel had beautiful grounds and it was very peaceful. We were able to have a drink outside while the kids could run about in the garden. It felt like you were out in the country but it is very close to the town and lots of places to visit round about.
The staff were very friendly and were all really good with our young kids.
The dinner and breakfast was delicious!
This was our first experience with a Witherspoon hotel and we were very pleased. The location was right where we wanted to be and we enjoyed an evening walk around Dunfermline. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the price was a good value. Once we found our way in, the staff person at the bar was friendly, informative and efficient.
Stayed on a girls trip. Explored the surrounding are of Dunfermline then had a very quiet night in the hotel room at night and a perfect night's sleep.
We had breakfast in the morning downstairs in the cafe restaurant which gets really really busy with a queue outside.
We will definitely return.
The room was lovely the food was excellent and every single member of staff were focussed on you. Making you think that you were the only guest in the hotel THe grounds are beautiful and well maintained you would not guess you were a 10 minute walk from a city centre
We liked that the hotel was just outside the town centre, as we wanted a nice place to just chill out and relax, where the hotel is located there is still plenty of things to do around the hotel there were lots of places to eat.
Quiet residential street, plenty parking, close to town centre, restaurants, supermarket, very well equipped, great use of space, comfortable and quiet.
Ideal base to visit Dunfermline and the beautiful Kingdom of Fife.
Staff were lovely, very helpful. We were going to a wedding and they went the extra mile ensuring one of our rooms was ready early so we could get changed. The breakfast was good, and the whole hotel was really clean.
