The property was very stylish. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The soft feather pillows made it extra comfortable. The hotel was close to the centre for shopping. The staff was all very helpful with any requests .

Position for Hampton Court is excellent and walks along the Thames. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and we would definitely stay again. The bedroom and bathroom were snug, but the extra room was useful for bags and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was very good and made to order with some buffet options

We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court...
We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

It is a lovely area - good railway links into London. There are nice walks and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Our main purpose was to visit Hampton Court and it was an excellent base for that.

The location was easy to fund.
The location was easy to fund. I stayed to attend a concert at twickenham stadium.. I was told by the owner that I could get a bus to twickenham from outside the hotel. The family who owned it were lovely. I would stay here again for sure

The restaurant in the hotel was reasonable and they accommodating my daughter's food allergies. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. And very reasonably priced. We were visiting Hampton Court Palace and this was an excellent location. It is about a 25 minute walk or there is a bus which takes you there in much less time. Although we only stayed the one night they allowed us to store our luggage the following day.

The staff is very friendly and professional. My room was spacious and elegant. The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. They even had gluten-free toasts to fit my dietary needs. The hotel is right by the Thames and the Hampton Court bridge. The view from the breakfast room is splendid and peaceful. Fluff balls and leaves in reception area. Only a cold buffet breakfast. I thought manager was a fellow guest at breakfast until he checked me out.
