We had a very nice stay in the resort. The staff is ever so friendly and helped us with recommendations in the neighbourhood. Scooters can be rented at the reception. The location and view is simply stunning. It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. The hosts are a grandpa and grandma and they are so sweet even though their English is not that good, their grandson will come by and help translate. This place is really stupendously stunning. I'd argue one of the best views of batur.

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. The view of the lake was amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and help out in any way they can. They organised a local tour guide, Nyoman to assist us in climbing Mount Batur with our three children. He gave us a wonderful experience. He took care of us during the entire hike and showed us amazing places. Throughout the hike, our guide took great care to ensure the well-being of our group, especially the children. He attentively guided them through the uneven terrain, offering assistance whenever needed. His attentiveness, warmth and dedication to the group created a sense of trust and camaraderie, enhancing the overall hiking experience. We would highly recommend both the hotel and guide Nyoman.
