The front desk when there was very helpful. Was a bit disturbing that at check in no one was available. At one point I thought I locked myself our of my room and no one was there to assist. I had not locked myself out, but still a little unsettling. Compared the rate for the stay with friends that live in Denmark and they thought I paid too much. The hotel is in a quiet rural setting but only a short distance from the main road and Herning town centre is only a few minutes drive away. My room was spacious , comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is excellent , it is provided at your requested time and can be tailored to your specific food requirements. Covered parking is provided free of charge.MarkUnited Kingdom

The room was fine; clean, good size, comfy beds, possibility for tea/coffee making etc, small fridge. We visited the bowling centre next to the motel where we had a burger before we walked to Boxen. Otherwise, not so many possibilities for having dinner close to the motel, but this was fine for us under our circumstances. The breakfast is tasty and with a good variety.Jane BechDenmark

WiFi in the room worked perfectly fine and there is a smart TV also working very well. (Netflix, YouTube, etc) Reception is really polite and helpful. There is free parking. Breakfast was also good and fresh. I can totally recommend to this hotel for solo travellers and families.ALPERDenmark
