The service at the B&B is very considerate. The room is large and sunny. The breakfast is different for several days and is delivered to the room. The guest is very satisfied with the location of the hotel. It is close to the bus terminal. The visit was principally in order to visit the Gem Stone market but there are plenty more places to see. The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is well worth a visit. A number of Temples are there too.

Going through the Taksin shipyard and reviewing things there. Has character and some past history I am sure. We ate at the resort because they order whatever you want and their family brings it in for you at anytime. Breakfast was exceptional, a mix of european and thai and fitted our family. Easy to get around; however, would try and find an easier route to get to the Meena, we did not have GPS, so we ended up inside of the town and had a long drive to the resort.Suzanne PThailand - 6.0Scored 6.0

We went to the National Park, which was close, to see the waterfall. Ha ha ha ha, climbed up many steps and there it was, a little trickle of water falling down a hill....ha ha ha ha. Would not recommend this tourist attraction. Of course, I have been to real waterfalls, and so maybe that has something to do with my remarks.

We really liked Chanthaburi.. after Chiang Mai where we live, really enjoyed getting around so easily, and just 30 mins from the beach. Over the 4 days driving around it i reckon it's got everything. Pity we can't move here.ChrisUnited Kingdom

They had 4 cats and 1 dogs in the hotel. The cats and dog were very adorable. - The room was a little bit old but not dust. - Amenities included towels, soap, shampoo, water and hair dryer. - Rooftop was amazing view!!
