Nice location is a short walk to shopping and major retailers. The breakfast was nothing fancy, however there was an assortment of dry cereals, some pastries and a self serve waffle maker. Delicious, once we had staff explain how it worked. We don't get out much!
The bed was sooo comfortable, it was terrific!

Great area for shopping and dining.
Great area for shopping and dining. I was there for a family reunion and we took a side trip to Mall of America. It's about 1/2hr from there, so if my trip was to spend more time at the MOA I would choose someplace closer.

I was giving the wrong room when I asked about it they ask me does it matter. There were cob webs on the wall. Socks left in drawer from who knows when. There was a plastic fork on the floor all this proves that the room was not cleaned properly. I asked for my room I reserved I was told that it was not cleaned. I went to the front desk then they tell me that they have my room. I was confused so I looked at the room as soon as I opened the door it smelled bad just like cigarettes. The pool was broken when we arrived. We were told it would be fixed the next day. We had family drive 4 hours to swim with us. The next day, it wasn't fixed. From the time we walked in til the time we left. The hotel smelled wonderful throughly the whole place. The GM checked us in and was friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and cleaner than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at; bed was comfy, breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods.
