Our family really enjoyed Girona and a lot of it was due to the organized and friendly team at La Comuna. The apartment is tastefully appointed and in a superb location, steps away from everything you'll want to see. The breakfast spot downstairs had some of the best morning fare we've enjoyed so far - espresso on point, good selection of breakfast, friendly, bi-lingual staff. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great to have a yummy little restaurant just a few steps away. (The grilled lamb was delicious!) We got in late and had our dog with us, who wasn't allowed into the restaurant, but they delivered right to our door! Morning soundscape: birds chirping, cowbells ringing, horses whinnying. :)

Unreal place, unreal location - Very very cool place to stay. The place is a renovated building from the 1500's and they've incorporated some original elements of the building and tied it in with really new, upgraded features. The location is legit awesome too, right in the heart of the old town area, you can walk to everything in like 2 minutes. Definitely a 10/10 place for me.

Of course this comes with some noise (the often mentioned churchbell, among others, but it did not bother me). Also the apartment was clean and the kitchen was small but modern and quite well equipped. There were two stoves (induction), two pans, two pots, a bread toaster, a water cooker, a dishwasher, and enough plates, glasses, cuttlery, etc. There is also a laundry machine! The bed was comfortable, and the couch is also quite suitable for sleeping.
