The balcony was amazing, the location was really convenient, the flat was very comfortable. Also, the staff at the office were very warm and welcoming when we picked up the key.

The pool was lovely and warm, the location was great, the attention to detail in terms of supplies around the villa was great. The villa is a short walk to the marina and I couldn't really fault anything with it. I would certainly consider it again. We opted for the heated pool, it was great as the kids could jump in from early without any issues with it being cold etc.

This is our 2nd stay at villa Susaeta and this time our stay was just as good as before. We love everything about this villa. It’s in a brilliant location just a short stroll from the beach, the marina and the town. The villa is spacious and very well equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. We tend to go out but there are plenty of cooking utensils and dishes if you want to eat in. The villa was sparkling clean and the towels were replaced and the villa was cleaned also during our stay. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature for our arrival. The host is fantastic. She replied very promptly to any queries and even extended our check out time (at no additional cost) as we had a late flight home. The kids were able to enjoy our last few hours in the pool which was great. Overall it’s a fantastic choice of villa and we will definitely return on our next holiday to PB.

They met us there on the day and went out of their way to provide everything we needed for us and the baby. Including Drinks, Snacks & baby bits galore! The property was super clean and beautiful. The cooking equipment is amazing, everything you could want for self-catering, including juicers, outdoor induction hobs and a full outside kitchen to name a few. The kitchen had everything we required for self-catering. The maid came halfway through, cleaned and changed the sheets and towels. The pool guy came twice and cleaned the pool. We were able to watch the 6 nations rugby games on the Internet television. We were able to arrive earlier and leave later than the booking in and checking out times. All in all it was a very good experience. All the issues mentioned in previous reviews have been addressed.
