A great, true 5 star stay in all aspects. Very well set up and very much as advertised. Super clean too. Glenda was also a very helpful host; all communication done efficiently via the Booking.com website messages, etc. The stay was modern, spacious overall with a very practical full kitchen and a superb (ie well designed) bathroom. The large and thick and super soft bath towels were an extra treat too. Parking was easiest out on the street; though there is a small space behind the actual terrace house / off the rear lane. Lots of locals parking on the suburban street too; but we managed a close by park each time over our 3 night stay. A quiet location but only a 1-2 minute walk to the town’s main street and 1 minute further walk to the large Tesco. Porthmadog is a great base for an extended stay in this part of Wales. This was the best apartment stay of our 6 weeks of touring Wales and the south of England.

The hotel restaurant serves delicious food and the staff are friendly and helpful. My 2 person pod accommodation was comfortable and clean with a lovely veranda area to sit out and parking immediately adjacent. A compact kitchen has all the basics you need for self catering and the shower, although small, has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The area is one of immense natural beauty with plenty to see and do.
