The cottage is very warm and cosy, spotlessly clean and super comfy. We felt very safe because the cottage smelled nice, had great insulation, and the wonderfull hosts just across the road for any help or advice. There's a bus stop for the Land's end coaster just around the corner, and we have used it to get to and from hikes on the South-West coast path.

    It had everything we needed for our break - fridge, iron, hanging space for clothes and spacious kitchen/living room. The walk downhill into town takes you through some character streets with lovely cottages and houses.

    The house is stunning. Huge! With lovely family and group spaces and wonderful bedrooms. Brilliant stocked kitchen for self catering. Exceptionally clean and well loved. Beautifully appointed throughout. Fantastic to have a parking space and gated garden. Beautiful aspect down to the sea and just a short 5 mins walk. We did not want to leave. Fantastic value for money. Paul was a great host and we will stay again very soon.

    The property is very pretty and decorated well. The kitchen is well Equipped for self catering. The table is a good size and is nice to sit around to eat and talk, and play games. The property is in a good location with lots of trees and plants which not only looked lovely but was also a refreshing shade in the very hot weather. lovely picnic bench outside to enjoy a coffee in the morning! very quiet location, very peaceful.

    Location was great. Very close to train and bus services. The courtyard at the back was cosy and had a canopy which was great as it could be enjoyed even when it rained. Self catering kitchen was top notch. But, small. Three was a crowd. A tree is planted to offset your carbon footprint for traveling to the hostel. I asked to have another tree planted for £1, as I had travelled a fair distance to get to St.Ives.

    Fabulous flat with amazing views. Very comfortable beds and excellent base for our walking break. Kitchen small but well equipped and perfectly adequate for self-catering meals. Living space very comfortable for 2 of us.

    A great location. The property was clean, tidy and the self catering kitchen facilities are new and sufficient. The property was comfortable for a couple, but I would say the bedroom and bathroom although very functional are small. Plus there is no parking at the property but there are plenty of parking options nearby. It is possible to unload bags at the property before parking elsewhere which is very helpful. Thank you.
