Located within 200 metres of Agios Mamas Beach and 1.4 km of Paralia Spetson Beach in the centre of Spetses, Aria Apartments provides accommodation with free WiFi, seating area and a kitchenette. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features family rooms.

Fabulous location and the apartment was spotless,comfortable and had everything anyone could need to enjoy a holiday . The private courtyard outside our door had orange and lemon trees and in the evening these were lit up with fairy lights. We used this courtyard as our private magic extra room for dining and evening drinks. The lady who owns the apartments gave us excellent advice on everything including helping us to hire bikes and the best hiking trails. We will be forever grateful for Aurealia’s extraordinary kindness and friendship . We hope to return to the Aria Apartments in the not too distant future.

The breakfast was as good as all previous reviews said. It was our main motivation for booking and we were not disappointed. The hosts were lovely and we felt like we were staying in a real Greek home.

Beautiful property (even better than the photos!) with sunny terrace area. Nikitas was a wonderful host who was very responsive and on hand for any questions we had. We especially appreciated the fresh bakery products he provided each morning. Location is also great, situated in a quiet area just a 10 minute walk from the port and main town.

I am a genius level 3 member on this platform and I travel a lot and I can honestly say that Villa Anel was the most noteworthy property/hotel I have stayed at in a while. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the property was perfect, very central but at the same time at a quiet dead end that keeps that motorcycle noise away. The building is architecturally characteristic of the island and has a beautiful private garden. Inside, the property was spotless clean with an on-purpose quirky traditional design but modern bathrooms and kitchen. The balconies were very nice and there was a view of the sea. The beds were very comfortable. I would strongly recommend Villa Anel to anyone and I will try to stay there again on my next visit to the island.

However, it is not a whole house but one floor of a house (i.e. an apartment), but there is plenty of room. The lounge and kitchen diner are particularly big, as you can see from the photos. The two aircon units were very efficient and quiet. Our host eugenie was wonderful, very friendly and very helpful. And she left all sort of bits of food in the kitchen for us. Note that there are quite a few steps to ascend to the property.

A full kitchen, and an absolutely beautiful bathroom resembling a cave with a rock light. It was sheer heaven to stay here after traveling the islands. I would stay here again without a doubt. The owners have provided a beautiful place for a very reasonable price. Above and beyond all expectations.

Kastro Hotel exceeded our expectations , the staff is amaing, very helpfull and they gave us good tips, where to go, what to do. Our room was amaing , we had the Suite, it has a sea view balcony in the front. It was very clean , i loved the living room area. There is a small kitchen if you need to make something and a coffee machine. Wifi was good. The sheets and towels smelled so nice , you dont see this in other hotels. Kastro you where amazing , we will be back.

We rented a scooter and were able to park it right by the studios on the hill. The small kitchenette came with all the amenities we needed and there was even some snacks and instant coffee, milk, honey etc. The wifi worked perfectly. We had a great 3-night stay and would definitely recommend!

The sleeper sofa is comfortable. My kids had the best sleep. They also enjoyed the large tv with Netflix. We did not use the kitchen but it is outfitted with new and modern appliances. Freshly baked goods were left at our door every morning. Our toddler had a pair of pants which we did not realize we lost until we found it hanging outside the door.
