The hosts were amazing, greeting us with food and some traditional Croatian schnapps, very nice but very strong! The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean. You can use a communal area or we had our own balcony area with a fantastic view over the Adriatic Sea. The walk into the town was quite short but you need to be fit as the hill up to the apartment is very steep, you can either walk down the main road or there is a coastal path accessable opposite when you reach the bottom of the road, and down some steps. Primošten is lovely with plenty of bars and restaurants, the beaches are stone and there are a lot of sea urchins among the rocks, so you will need footwear you can swim in, although you can buy locally, and the sea is crystal clear. We would recommend the apartment to anyone and we would go back again.

This apartment is very nice with amazing view from the balcony. You can see all Primosten from it, many islands and beautiful beach. Everything you need is there: hairdryer, iron, towels and even shampoo with conditionier. Apartment is away from center so every evening is quiet and all you hear is the sea. Up to the center there is a beautiful promenade under the pines. The host and his workers are great. When we arrived we found cold beer and water in fridge. Everyday he was wondering do we need anything. His worker even brought us milk and croissants in the morning, icecreem for kids. All our staying was perfect because of the owners hospitality. In every detail, this was an excellent stay and we felt very welcome in the apartment. Check-in was very smooth as the owner Anna came personally to welcome us to the parking lot when we arrived! The apartment was already preheated and felt very warm. There we sufficient heaters, we even switched them off as it was too warm. This is extremely important, not all apartments in Croatia are built to be heated properly in winter. Then it was just a pleasure with beautiful surprises in every detail. I don't want to spoil the experience so I would just mention perfectly equipped kitchen, including salt, peppers, olive oil, tea, coffee, even butter and marmalade. And there was an ice ready made in the fridge! Add dishwasher including plenty of tablets, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, plenty of towels.. I haven't noticed anything that we would miss. You will leverage this as 90% of premises are closed in Primošten in winter. And the best thing is the view. Apartment is right on the beach with a promenade, so our children took scooters and we went for a walk to the beautiful center of Primošten. It was completely empty, no crowds, no tourists. We met only locals. It was a beautiful experience. If you prefer more social life, you can travel to cities Šibenik or Split, both within 1 hour of driving. There were ice skating rinks built in both of these cities, despite temperatures around 11-15°C. Even in cities many premises are closed for winter, but there are more then enough open ones. Swimming is possible with sea temperatures around 15°C. But note that the beach right in front of the apartment has a bit steep entry for non-swimmers (kids). There are some sea urchins, but if you go just for a swim, you can manage to enter the sea without protective shoes.

Apartment is very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and beatiful view towards city centre. It is also only few minutes away from two beatiful beaches. Hosts were very kind to us and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend his vacation in Primošten.

Kitchen is super small but it’s workable if you eat out or for simple pasta or breakfasts. It’s more suitable for shorter stays I think. Under apartment you can find everything you need. The cleanest room that we ever had, if you can using dish it is clean and perferct. In kitchen is everything. Also the balcony is clean and here is what you need to relax. It is very rare apartment. Very nice and friendly personal. We had appartment with no direct view on the sea, but we felt comfortable and had a good rest there.

Air conditioning, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering. A cozy backyard with fireplace, where you can grill, outdoor table.
