The apartment was sparking clean and well equipped.You can also find a parasol to take to the beach so you won't spend extra money to rent one daily. Next to 2 stores, a playground and 4 minutes to the beautiful beach, a place ideal for families with children. 8 minutes by car to the first climbing spot. If you're going on a climbing trip with a few people, do not hesitate and book this place! PS. We accidentally left the phone, it was quickly returned to us by the nice owners. You have a kitchenette with basic utensils for a stay pf few days to 1 week. It was clean, everything worked well, you have one parking place for your car in the housing estate parking lot, which I assume is a good point when San Vito is super busy. Downtown San Vito is about 10-15min walking, the Conad Superstore about 5-10 min walking.

We were provided with the towels at the beginig and after 1st week of our stay. Really nice and cosy place with big terrace.
